PFB gives great importance to the control and the monitoring of both product and process constant quality. Already at the first step, during parts’ development stage, customers can list features and parameters to be checked and constantly monitored along the process as well as on the finished components.

Qualified staff, who must carry out process controls, constantly monitor the production process with specific equipment.

Different features as porosities, alloy composition and parts’ dimensions can be controlled thanks to following machines and instruments:

• X-ray machine

• 3D-measuring machine (statistical CP/CPK analysis and Q-DAS software)

• optical spectrometers

All pieces of equipment are periodically checked and calibrated.
